Dear Ladies.

An ISVA (Rape and Sexual Abuse Counsellor) has been to visit me today. She is lovely. She said she would attend any appointments and court with me. She has reassured me that the past is not my fault, which my husband keeps on telling me and has done for the past 15 years.

I have got my Christmas tree up and am looking forward to Christmas with my husband and neighbour and her children. I keep focused on thee good things in life by looking at my baby photo's and remembering the good times. My faith in God is strong and will see me through. I pray every day and it is only my faith, my children and granddaughter that has got me through my life.

I am staying strong. My first TMA'S for this term are due in on Monday and Thursday next week. I will keep you posted as to how I get on.

Hi Poulson

You are having to cope with so much. I'm so glad that you have a sexual abuse counsellor who can support you while you go through the process of court etc. It sounds like she was lovely and that her support will be invaluable for you.

It also sounds like you have some lovely plans for Christmas with your husband and your neighbour and her children.

Thinking of you Poulson, it sounds like you're doing so well to keep moving forward, with your courses, and everything you're dealing with.

Take care, Ellie
