Dear Ladies.

I have had my police interview today. It went well, although I am exhausted now. It was an interview by video link with two police officers present. The police officer said it was a matter of months and not weeks before it goes to court.

I will let you all know how I get on with it.

I was unsuccessful at both job interviews, although I could have the opportunity of a cleaning job in a couple of weeks. I will keep you posted.

Dear Poulson,

life is sometimes full of challenges. Please, make sure you look after yourself.

I tend to step back when too emotional.

Sometimes postponing or just creating a buffer zone does help. I know in some circumstances you have to be ready such as the video interview you've mentioned.

I sometimes say to people, " I do not want to decide at this moment, I need a bit more time or can I come back to this on another day, please. Today is not an appropriate time."

Note-taking, when you are involved with a difficult task at hand, could be helpful.

When time is difficult I often retreat, but also know that I will have to communicate with friends, who share empathy or even great compassion like our APP link/forum.
