Dear Pumpkins,

Yes, depending where you live, this can be done through skype.

Normally, you need to be referred by a GP or a psychiatrist who is looking after you as they don't accept self referrals.

There are now perinatal mental health teams across England, so depending where you live, you might be able to be referred and see them about pre-conception counselling if this is something that you think might help you.
