I’ve had my counselling today, definitely worth doing. Feel like I know what will be put into place when I have another baby

That is great news. I still haven’t got enough courage to get pregnant again (3.5 years) I also have not found a suitable doctor in my area to have a plan in place so I’m not stopping those birth control pills anytime soon!

Sorry i was on holiday so missed your reply but so glad you feel reassured by your contact with perinatal team.

When i met my psych i was really pleased as although a new locum he was kind, listened to me and also told me funny stories about his own family which helped me feel that i'm not just a patient but a fellow human being and that there's shared experiences in parenthood no matter how your Mental Health pans out.
