For those who have seen my previous post. My counselling is tomorrow and I’m pretty nervous. It’s just dealing with all the thoughts and feelings that are coming back.

Best of luck tomorrow It’s really hard when all those thoughts and feelings come back, just take it easy and maybe treat yourself afterwards as well as your nice breakfast plans beforehand.

Have you written down anything you particularly want to ask? I know it’s nerve wracking but it’ll be ok.
