Hello everyone!

I'm doing a little better today. All you guys had such an affect on me. I'm so happy I found all of you. For once in the past 5 months I have happy tears. I'm not alone anymore. I know I will still have bad days but knowing I have help from all of you is a great gift.

Hello Ashley

What a lovely post! I'm glad you are doing a little better and you are definitely not on your own anymore. It's a great relief to find mums who really understand and have been in your shoes isn't it? I felt exactly the same when I found APP some years ago.

We are all here for you.

Take care ...... sending you a virtual hug :)

Hi lilybeth,

No I haven't seen the doctor yet but I see my therapist this Thursday and my regular doctor in another week. When I see my therapist I always feel a little better but I'm still going to see a psychiatrist so they can help me with these thoughts. I'm actually been doing good these past three days. Still get thoughts but they are not strong. Talk to you soon!
