Well as you say the change has come & gone ,not sure though if you can have hot flushes even when you think it has ,, I am still new to the change but sounds like anxiety causing the hot flushes as you could have felt anxious when doing you blog & i also I get hot flushes when I am anxious & as well as the change I am never sure which one I am having

Hi I am 59. I finished the change about 7 years ago. I still get hot flushes. I have been told that some women still get them after the change and sometimes for life.

Whywhy when you have had menopausal hot flushes you can't ever mistake it for anxiety ones. They are different believe me!

I find avoiding stuffy and hot environments and carrying a hand fan really helps.

Well i do blood test say I am in the menopause , but never sure which sweat i am on , maybe I am more confused than others

Lol whywhy. Menopausal hot sweats make you feel wet and you feel red hot in your face and chest. One winter I was outside a pub with a t shirt on and using a beer mat to fan myself!
