How long does sotalol take to lick in?

I don't know Meg, but I take propanolol for palps. I have taken thm most of my life and don't notice the difference in myself..but when I have a blood pressure test it is always normal to low, so they do work. We just don't notice as much. Hi Ella ,been to see my gp today,had lots of questions. He answered,I had a funny do on my way there,my bp dropped while I was out and I nearly passed out,go said it was a reaction to Sotalol, and not to take it every day ,got palms now but I'm trying not to let it bother me,have to get used to the meds ,
