i am currently on venlafaxine 150mg a day, is anybody else on this med? and if so has it helped and have they had any side affects from it

I have benn on same med few years ago, it helped me a lot, I was able to live my life like a normal again. I remember side affects same as all of antidepressant dry mouth, dizziness, headaches...now I am on different med it is not as strong as venlafaxine but I notice it is starting to work slowly how long do you use them? Are you feeling any particular side affects? All the best

been on these about 10 weeks now, do get headaches, fuzzy vision, but i also sweat alot with this tablet, i havent noticed a real improvement with taking this tablet

I have been on these for 6 months.. not noticed any side effects .they do work for me

Yes Ive been on it for about 6 months.I was initially on 75mg and have recently had it increased to 150mg.I noticed today that I was feeling rather in a bubble like as I was riding along on my scooter this afternoon.Apart from this I don't know any other side effects,I'm on quite a lot of other meds as well.

Yes that's right I used to sweat a lot too, especially during night. Maybe give yourself another few weeks and decide if it working for you, if not doctor will change to other ones. What exactly are you suffering from?
