Im not sure why i get in my feelings any time a particular friend of mine says anything to me i hate to be vague but im not even sure at this point if this friend is just insensitive or is just insensitive to me ..

As for your friend's insensitive words, maybe it's neither "just insensitive or just insensitive to you" But...that you are sensitive. All anxious people are. We are people pleasers and if you look at us wrong we feel it's a judgment. Others really need to censor their words when talking with an anxious person. That is...until we accept the fact that we cannot control what another says or does but we can control how we accept their words or actions.

It's not about building a wall around us but rather believing in who we are so that nothing
