Just wondering if anyone has tried EFT tapping to help with anxiety?

I have tried it but just cannot relax enough to do it !

I have heard some good feedback though from those that have found it helpful

Yes I have been using tapping some. It has helped but only temporarily. It can ease a panic attack so it doesn't go full blown.

Sounds like it is worth people trying then , I have like I said heard it works for some I cannot just not concentrate long enough , part of my anxiety x
