Hello, what helps me is having knowledge, understanding and accepting of our anxiety. Dont add any 2nd, 3rd fears. When it happens let it happen then move on. Slow diaphragm breathing, paranama breathing, belly breathing, daily meditation, pure awareness, I AM self positive talk. Exercise, walking, yoga or some form of stretching, sunlight in the morning and afternoon, grounding, being in connecting with nature, cold baths, salt water baths, good diet. Do only good karma. Let go of identities, system beliefs, Believe with your heart as if it already happened.
Hey there.... I won't go long because so much is out there for those who want to go a different way and to explains it fully it would be a book...
However, to get to the bottom of problem dealing with anxiety in short is.... toxicity. When you change what you eat you will start seeing miracles. Eat lots and lots of leafy greens, vegetables, fruits. Stop eating all processed foods. Don't eat out. Buy a blender. Remove fried foods, flour, sugar, coffee. Stay on it for 4 weeks and see what happens. Cleanse your liver and intestines. If you don't go this way don't be surprised if everything over time will just get worse and worse. Spend time in the sun. Start walking 30 min/day. Spend less time on social media/TV/phone/ computer. Get in touch with Nature. Drink herbal teas. You will get better and better and better and eventually you will forget you were ever sick.
Hi. Good advice from the other replies. I can't take any medication offered by the dr, instead I downloaded free mindfulness and sleep hypnosis apps which seem to work for me when I need them. I also have a bird song app which really helps me as it grounds me as my focus is on the sounds and not the anxiety symptoms. When things get really bad for me I read this forum it really helps me knowing that I'm not alone. Take care.
