Hi everyone this is my first time posting I just would like to share that the other day I could feel my mind thinking about all the things could go wrong and feeling very anxious and worrying about getting sick or that my anxiety and depression would come back but then I realised I don’t have to believe everything that I’m thinking and that it’s normal to be anxious at this time I handed it over to god and just keep praying Jesus I trust in you. I can’t control what happens just my reaction to it and do my bit in staying safe. Keep trusting that everyone will be fine thanks for reading

Hello littlestars.
Welcome and thank you for posting. There are many of us here who are concerned.
I have to stop myself from thinking or I get overwhelmed. Staying busy with something else that will occupies your mind.
I have to do that. I need to function to keep me from getting more depressed. So have faith. We will get through this .
Take care. ❤️
Hi there!
I totally agree with your way of thinking! Jesus is the only one that we can truly lean on, especially during these times of trouble that is affecting everyone at the same time. I’ve found that leaning on the truth that we learn through the Bible and prayer has been my strength. For me, listening to Christian music, reading my Bible, studying and praying with my friends (over text messaging or other social media) has been a real help during this time of uncertainty. It is a good time to look up, reflect on the One who is able to make the necessary changes in our circumstances, and trust that He will take care of His people. When I start to get too concerned with anything in life, I spend time finding scriptures that put my mind at rest.
Philippians 4:6 “ Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
May God bless you and keep you safe.
