Anxiety hits aging

Well. Was doing ok till 3 days ago I was cutting grass on my mower when my back tire went in a hole nothing bad just jerked me I kept mowing. Next morning back was sore. Now it hurts pretty bad and with my anxiety it’s worse I think it anxiety in my back anyone ever experienced

I sympathise with you. I broke my back four years ago because of osteoporosis. I have put up with quite a bit of pain but I think I did something with a special bag I bought and have made it much much worse and it is causing me the most awful anxiety along with nausea. Perhaps visit a chiropractor and see if something is out of whack and causing this anxiety. Anxiety generally comes from the vagus nerve which branches off from the neck and is responsible for many things. Dont leave it, mine started last November and I foolishly took some ativan which were wonderful at the time but started taking three a week and then one a day and got hooked. Now am trying to taper off with diazepam and going through hell and I wouldnt wish that on anyone.

I know your pain. I hope everything works out for you. I hate having this is so frustrating hang in there you will be fine
