Anyone else ever get really spacey from the anxiety? Or maybe depression or dissociation?

I think, u had posted earlier about ur fogginess complaint. Its very difficult for me too. This fogginess comes with anxiety or depression or both. Sometimes it can occur with deficiency disorders. I think my culprit is anxiety. Have u been diagnosed by a Psychiatrist?

No, but I have been diagnosed by the doctor for anxiety

i can see u suffering for so long, i read ur posts earlier, please visit a Psychiatrist asap, don't suffer so much.
