Does anyone have a Himalayan Pink Salt Light?

I have one that I just got Saturday. Tell me about it; do you like it and why? Does it help with Anxiety Attacks?

I have one! I like to sleep with it on, the glow is very relaxing.

I have them dotted around the house. I never turn them off. I swear by them,incredibly calming.

Yes, I have a few around and I have the tea light holders aswel, well I love them, very ambient and they are very cosy at night.

Tbh I have never noticed any direct health improvements i.e breathing better, etc & I have used them for about 5 years & one by my bed.

But never the less, I bought mine to help with anxiety & relaxation too. no they are not a cure but I never go a night without having mine on, maybe its that they are nice to look at & comforting.. I don't know but a good purchase to treat yourself & they make nice xmas gifts for family aswel ☺
