Fibro and mattress

Best mattress for fibromyalgia? Tried lots of memory foam mattresses but doesn't help me sleep better anyone suggest a really good mattress?

Hi mrpuss, I bought a new mattress 1 year ago, looks great with a nice thick

topper on it. However within a few hours, it sinks in and by morning it looks like

the mattress in Psycho where the indentation is well made.

I'm at a loss myself. I will be watching for responses from other Fibro sufferers as

well. x

Hi Agora1, I have read somewhere the tempur mattress is good for fibro,my daughter has one but I've never slept on it although she tells me it helps her back pain,as far as I know it is just a solid slab of memory foam,where as beds I've tried have 3_4 layers,so my search is still ongoing!
