I finally went a whole day without a panic attack! I did have some hitters but that all encompassing feeling of anxiety wasn’t there! Makes me so hopeful that I have indeed rounded this corner and on my way to mental health!

i'm so happy for you! Try meditating if you don't already! Just sit and listen to an instrumental of your choice and clear your mind while only focusing on your breathing. /It really helps!
How wonderful, how lovely to be able to take a deep breath. It can be like that always. If you have little dips from time to time, don't be disappointed. You can only get stronger each time you let it pass, do your breathing and relax. Don't wait for it to happen as you will be looking over your shoulder for the next time. Assume it won't happen, and so if it did, turn and face it. Try not to do a post-mortem on the day and analyse what did and didn’t happen. Just accept it and enjoy it.
