Does anyone feel off balanced or dizzy due to anxiety? If so what are some ways to cope with the feeling because my ways are not working?

I feel this way too, kinda feels like I’m about to faint. I’ve tried many things but keeping myself busy sometimes does the job

This morning I woke up feeling dizzy and nauseated. I’ve became very anxious and now I’m feeling my body very tense and aching.....

I've been feeling the exact same way. It is anxiety and untensing your body is the only way to help relieve it. I know that our anxious tendencies make it hard but it does work. It started for me a couple weeks ago and has been coming and going since.

It's really making me angry. I'm still 22 years and I'm feeling it's became part of my daily life now. Few hours ago I went in a restaurant with my mother and all of a sudden I started feeling my arms aching mostly left arm and my mind turned out thinking I'm going to have a heart attack lol. My heart started pumping a lot, anyways I calmed down a bit now but still it's messing with me...

Yes, anxiety and a feeling of unsteadiness go hand in hand. At the risk of sounding like the proverbial broken gramophone record may I remind that the effective way to overcome anxiety is to accept the symptoms fearlessly for the time being. This allows your over sensitive nerves to recover and then symptoms like yours will be no more.

Therefore you should welcome your symptoms of anxiety such as unsteadiness..as an opportunity to practice acceptance which will soon have your wobbles on the run.

On a more practical note you'll find that one of those telescopic metal walking sticks makes a big difference to walking, it steadies you and gives you confidence but don't use it all the time.

Don’t know if this might help but you can try a website Mike Ross.com he is a master at balance exercises. Just might help and also keep your mind on the exercise and not the anxiety. Good Luck
