Anyone had frequent muscle tremors during mirtazapine withdrawal and anything to reduce them?

They are mainly in my legs but so frequent they are keeping me up through the night. Temporarily going back on the mirtazapine hoping (praying) that they will stop. Can anyone recommend any oils/rubs or other natural remedy that may help to reduce them in the meantime?
