Whats up with my eyes?

All my life I have always had moments of zoning out (not at inappropriate times or anything, only like when im doing dishes, or im bored in class, or listening to music and going into lala land) but this is something I don't know that is normal. When I zone out I get double vision. I'm not sure why it happens but it does. I also notice that I have a bit of it with like different lightings. I have very bad vision, extremely near sighted (Legit may be legally blind cause of how bad my vision is without glasses) and I inherited a bit of a lazy eye from my mother. Is the lazy eye why I see in double sometimes? I am not on drugs or anything. I don't even take meds for my anxiety (trying to take the natural route for dealing with it) but it really freaks me out when im doing dishes and i zone out and I can see double. Now I can even make the double vision happen on my own command. Its pretty fun to do actually. but does this sound like anything I should be worried about to anyone?
