I,ve never written in before.I've suffered with anxiety for ten years but lately it's got a lot worse lately

Does anybody out there have any remedy for reducing or better still removing the constant debilitating churning of the stomach?

Hello Ray,

When you change your thoughts the butterflies slow way down.

When you accept that you have these feelings, and know that they can not hurt you and that you have an anticipation of some sort that is causing you to release adrenaline, the little darlings should slowly but surely fly away.

There are many back posts from Jeff1943 that share a lovely methode by Claire Weeks.

As for a quick remedy, distraction works as does EFT.
