Always feel like i’m tripping!!

I just need to know i’m not alone in this?! Is it normal to feel like you’re on acid and be “tripping” with anxiety? I am having the strangest feelings. It’s not that i’m having bad feelings and thoughts as such, it’s that i’m questiong every thought and feel weird about my normal every day thoughts. Also, often when i look at objects, my phone for example, it’s like i see myself as the phone. Like it’s an extension of myself. Sometimes see other people in objects too. Not actually see them but in my minds eye kind of thing. I think that is just where my thoughts are constantly going and i’m so aware of them and as i look at objects they come into my mind. But, it’s still scaring me so i’m hoping someone else has experienced it and can put my mind at ease that it’s normal for anxiety. I know that the way out of this is to accept it and lose your fear of the feelings but i just can’t seem to 😔

I can assure you it's totally different from tripping to the thing you are feeling. I think you are experiencing depersonalization from what you said, correct me if I'm wrong.
