Bloody hell !!

Went into town this morning and everytime I went into a shop my heart rate went up to 130 and felt a little yuck . Anyway I continued on as I was about to finish up I really felt like a coffee ☕️. Now this is something I only drink once in a blue moon . Half way home this instant nausea hit me and vision a bit off . Got home and continued to feel sick and heart rate up, then instant use of bowels and just made it , this happened a few times. Unpacking and went into a real hot sweat , shaky and weak legs . Took Xanax and went to bed and slept for 40mins and have woken with a headache but now feel hungry . Why would this just hit me like that ?

Was just reading your last post ......do you think it could be due to your flu vaccine wouldn’t worry as it’s been a while since you had it ...... is this the first time you’ve had these symptoms ?

I’m not too sure why it would do that to you, but I do know that anxiety and caffeine is not good together. Caffeine will only amplify the emotions/thoughts you are currently having. If you have high anxiety, which it seems like you might, your body is already in your “fight-or-flight” mode hence the shakiness and sweating. Caffeine is also a laxative and diuretic making you need to use the bathroom. When you took your antianxiety meds, you are only combating the caffeine that you drank earlier potentially causing a headache. Don’t quote me on any of this. I just take science classes in hopes of one day becoming a nurse.
