Hi has anyone tried the silver cloud online CBT course, and if so has it helped with their anxiety?

I've never heard of that for anxiety. I followed the Thrive Programme via purchasing a book online for Emetophobia and have worked through the book the whole way through and started at the beginning again as they recommend this. I'm certainly not cured but can see that the programme will work as it makes a lot of sense but I need a professional to assist me whilst following the book. I have an appointment with a Therapist on 6 April to discuss my options and I am going to ask for face to face therapy as I don't feel I can do this on my own.

The Thrive Programme also covers depression and other conditions as well. There are also videos online of those that have been successful following the Programme.

You are welcome and I know that the Programme worked for someone that is on the IBS part of Health Unlocked.
