I know everyone is sick of seeing my post about dizziness everyday but it's just hard to believe you can feel light-headed 24/7 from anxiety even when you're not anxious

The scariest thing is that no doctors to help us no one understand how we feel inside I have tried everything but nothing helps """"where are the doctors? This feeling is horrible

I agree with nswitos36, it’s horrible when the doctors don’t want to help, even if you visit them for something unrelated to your anxiety, once they see in your history/medical notes that you suffer from

It they always put it down to our anxiety instead of doing more to pinpoint the issue, I feel mental health is often overlooked 😞 and Ashley1589, the dizziness is awful, I used to take 5HTP daily which helped a bit, I’m now on vitamin B12 supplements which sometimes help ease it 🙂

Hi Ashley1489, it is hard to believe that someone can be dizzyheaded *that's what I called it, day in and day out. Could I possibly be anxious without knowing it? YES....It's just easier to understand where that head feeling comes from when we are in an anxious state. However, many things contribute to that on going feeling. One of them is that we are never really free of anxiety. We may not feel it but it's there lying low, simmering in the background just waiting to make it's appearance.

The subconscious mind plays back the fear of fear of the dizziness over and over. When we fear, adrenaline is prevalent, when we fear, we hyperventilate or actually hold our breath. When we fear, we tend to be dehydrated from mouth breathing.

Providing that this issue has been checked out by your doctor and is diagnosed as anxiety, there are things we can do to help ourselves. You are not new to this Ashley so you may have heard this before or tried many remedies that can reverse those symptoms. But it takes time and fortitude and patience.

Start with going to YouTube and getting into some good Audio Meditation/DeepBreathing for stress and anxiety. Make sure you hydrate, water is all important in flushing out toxins and giving our muscles what it is crying for. Deep breathing properly can play a big part of reducing and eventually eliminating dizzyheadedness. Doing deepbreathing and meditation several times a day can put you into a calmer state both emotionally and physically.

Lastly, never give up. Giving up is not an option. Practice peace and calm until it becomes a part of your daily regiment. I know you can do it...Believe in that it will work for you and leave anxiety behind in the dust. I care Ashley. xx

Can you please message me? I am new to this and finally decided to join because I'm tired of feeling this way 24/7 for over a year now all alone. I would love to chat and maybe we can make each other less anxious haha. It is SO hard to believe the feeling can be constant even when we are not physically anxious. I hate living like this :(
