Hi jennifer1234, Lightheaded and dizzy (unless from an inner ear problem) is most likely coming from your anxiety. When we are anxious, we breathe more shallow which can cause what you are experiencing. Dehydration also plays into feeling spacy and off balanced. Water is important.
The root of all of this is, what is causing you to be so anxious? What has happened since you saw your doctor and had chest x-ray 10 days ago? Is this playing on your mind 24/7? Using relaxation methods can also help reduce the stress and anxious thoughts. Meditation for 5-10 minutes a day can help with the lightheaded feeling.
Address one thing at a time in reducing the feeling of being so overwhelmed. xx
