Headache and head hurts

Anyone else get headaches or head pain from feeling to tensed up from feeling anxious? , I noticed my anxiety is coming up during the night again & my head hurts bad

Yeah i get this every morning. Its fron being really tense and clenching your jaw and shoulders. Youll be ok just try to call realx your shoulders and mouth

Yes. I had headache non stop for like 5 days straight now and i had weird head sensation and it feels strange.just try to relax or if you had bad headaches just put some cold compress to your head it works for me. I hope it works for you too.
