Sertraline and stomach cramps

I’ve been on this for Health anxiety for nearly two weeks and the cramps I get an hour after taking it, is awful and it lasts for about 10 hours. Ive tried taking it with food without, in the morning, I’m going to try to take it tonight to see if I can sleep through the cramps. I’ve also had the sweats with it and that I can handle and I’ve calmed down a bit after the heightened anxiety for nearly two weeks.

I spoke to the dr and they said try it for another week as may settle.

Has anyone else had this and is it worth putting up with to see if the cramps stops?

You might want to try a probiotic. Some people say that helps.
