Hi Deannadianex3,

Like a truck has run over me :(

Sleep is the most important thing to tackle in regards to your overall health and wellbeing.

I have just been to a seminar to reinforce the point that sleep

* must be between 7 and 8.5 hours per night and of good quality (unbroken except for loo)

* is crucial to helping the brain and body repair (from the day) and prepare (for the next day)

* depends on good sleep hygiene

* when less than the required amount goes into a sleep debt is totally bad for both body and mind and has consequences for both

Please use Dr Google to check out these key phrases for a healthier and happier you :)
