Does anyone else get really cold??

I get the chills when anxious. I can also heat up. It's a tricky little SOB.

I get very cold too,like frozen hands and feet and I get shivers too. I thought it was anxiety but my blood work came back with elevated TSH & cortisol indicating thyroid & adrenal problems.

I used to get hot n cold flashes with anxiety, not pleasant at all, sometimes felt like someone had poured ice cold water down my back, my bloods came back fine, I very rarely suffer with anxiety attacks now, you can recover, hang in there xxx
