What brings anxiety on fed up

Hello 

It can be a vast number of things but one thing is anxiety likes to take control and be in control and we have to learn a method that suites us by suggestions on taking that back

Thanks still getting the breathing things going to see a hypnosis on sat do u have any good reports on them

Lack of control, over thinking. Take deep breaths and keep a diary it helps to put things I to prospective. Xx

A good thing today I found is that when doing deep breathing focus on expanding your belly, not your upper chest. When you let your belly expand out on inhale your diaphragm can drop lower and your low lungs expand more. It helped me calm from a panic attack and fall back to sleep. I've been having issues with waking up and not being able to fall back to sleep for about a week now, and this really made a huge difference!

The calming breath helped me come out of a panic attack then I laid down and focused on the natural breathing described there which helped me fall back to sleep better than I've been able to for a week.
