Hi. If the pain in your chest is bad or does not go away with rest, or your breathing is affected, then maybe you should go to the hospital. If you feel you cant get there on your own then just call the paramedics. If you are really worried it does not matter if there is no physical reason - better be safe. If you have been diagnosed with anxiety then yes it is probably that causing the pain, but still better to be safe and go to hospital for check.
