Has anyone ever gotten multiple swollen lymph nodes on their neck before and thought the worse?

The only thing to do is visit doctor for diagnosis.

I have them there palpable lymph nodes I can feel them under my arms in my groin and the latest discovery was in my neck I can feel about 6 I rushed to the doctor as I instantly thought shit lymphoma but there fine there only small nothing to worry about! I've had then for as long as I can remember but now I've got health anxiety they worried me I don't touch them anymore 😘 X

Ps.. Mine are constantly up they don't go down that's what freaked me out!! If your searching you'll find them guaranteed!! X

I had a blood test done, everything was normal. They told me not to worry because they are all small, less than or is 1 cm. They called it generalized lymph something. I still have mine, they haven't gone down at all, but the doctor also stated I could have a viral infection that my body is trying to fight. Try lemons and apple cider vinegar, I heard it works for a lot of people who have problems with their lymph nodes.

I don't have any under my arms, but I can feel them on my groin area and my neck. They told me it was viral and it could take weeks to months for them to go down. The doctor also had me feel her neck and she told me she has had swollen lymph nodes for 25 years. I also got a blood test and everything looked great she said.

Hi I have had a number of reactive lymph nodes in my groin for 5 years now. I have had a scan on them and they are just below 1cm each. The consultant isn't too worried about them but are hoping to do a biopsy in the new year as they are trying to confirm a lupus/ sjogren's type connective tissue disorder. They are generally benign. I am due a lip biopsy too and hope it will lead to a definitive diagnosis instead of UCTD (lupus spectrum).
