Sorry for everyone plus myself who have to enter a fresh new year with this horrible illness called Anxiety. It's the Devil.

Devil is an interesting word to use for anxiety it certainly is not our friend !

There is still a week to go for the New Year , who knows try & stay positive and even if we enter the New Year with anxiety maybe decide that 2016 is the year when we will tell the Devil to move on we are not allowing it to control us anymore , I know not easy but can and will be done and you never know 2016 may be the year that you manage to do it
