I sure have and do suffer the same feeling on a daily basis. It scares the heck out of me because I hate feeling out of control. It is an anxiety problem. Our fears don't allow us to just RELAX and be ourselves. Chemicals in us love this and go wild with the "what ifs" and anticipation making the matter worse. It's time for some deep breathing and relaxation techniques. Are evenings a little better? Take care. I wish there were a "magic pill".

Hi Idem

Its certainly always relieving to have others to relate too. Its sucks.. so much! I'd rather go back to the basic panic attacks, this is so much worse. I stay in bed most days because I'm so afraid of how ill feel when I stand up. Were all in this together!!!

klonopin helps me

I can relate, it feels better in bed. All of us want our lives back. The normal life back. We will be better. This is my 4th week

I have been feeling like I'm on a boat for about two months now..

It's not always there mainly in afternoon or when I am stressed or think about the bobbing/ off balance feeling..

I've had a lot is stress lately and it has made me anxious and depressed. I'm not on meds trying to push through

The vast majority of my symptoms involve the head, eyes, neck. Seems to get worse at the end of the day. The sense of lightheadedness I know is anxiety related....have got my eyes checked first....to eliminate eye strain...then tried chamomile tea, Gaba supplements, and L-theanine.....they work fairly well...also Feel-rite carries "California Poppy" and is quite helpful for anxiety......am not qualified to recommend....but just sharing what seems to work for me....also meditation (I actually have been fortunate enough to have a book published on that) So, am working on all fronts....as I know how uncomfortable all these feelings are.......God speed jim
