Emotophobia ? girls only .

okay so i have emotophobia ( fear of throwing up ) and i heard that when some girls are on their period, some could possibly throw up bc of hormone changes and now im super paranoided bc im on my period at the moment & my stomach has been hurting & ive been feeling nauseous . so im really scared .

This was me a few months ago! If you haven't gotten sick on your period, you are probably not prone to it. The fear could actually be why you feel nauseous. I have emetophobia, too.

I have the same fear and feel the same way on my period since I heard it happened to a friend. But my anxiety I always worse around my period because of the hormone stuff. You are most likely, like I do, making yourself feel sick. It's a normal thing to feel for us anxious people unfortunately.
