Can't stop looking at health sites on the Internet it's making me worse

Me too.

Since the sunny hot weather I've been really anxious and my health anxiety has gone in to over-drive.

Do you always manage to find the worst diseases. I think these sites should carry a health warning

Oh yes I keep going until I find the worst possible case.

I know SO well not to Google but I still do and frighten myself every time.

I think I know more about some diseases than the specialist. Apparently it is called cyberchondria

When I first found this site in December , me to , never stopped looking at DR .Google

No matter how mild some of the answers were , I would keep searching till I got to the worse one & then zoom , that was it , that was what I would have

It was said on here to join at the time members , who had put their selves on a google ban , I joined them & every time I feet I wanted to google I came on here instead

The fear has been a lot better since I stopped , so join the google ban & pop on here when you feel the urge it works

A good idea I will try and do that I will stop being a cyberchondriac and I am sure my health will improve they should put a warning on it like they do on cigarettes

I also have banned myself from googling!! Since ive found this site ive felt heaps better!
