do you take depression medication? That can make uncontrolled body movements.

It sounds like you are anxious. Your peers must be watching you if they comment on it. You mentioned being observed makes you anxious

Have you talked to your Dr about this?

Thank you gor your reply.. You are correct. I am anxious because someone may comment about what I am doing. So far I didn't consult anyone for this.

I would think seeing your doctor is your best bet. It could be many different things. If warranted they might send you to see a neurologist. It could anxiety too like dolphin said. Fatigue could cause it to. Let us know what you find out.

You might have essential tremor which can mimic the shaking from anxiety. I have it with my right hand and it can happen when i'm not anxious at all but happens if i'm trying to do something with my right hand like tighten a loose bolt on something i'm repairing. I'm right handed so it makes it more difficult. There is supposedly medication for it, although i haven't tried it yet

My cousin has this. She has it in her hands and neck. The medication helps to a point she said. She takes the meds as a last resort because by the end of the day her muscles were so sore in her neck from trying to hold her head still. She has since had to go off the medication because she is undergoing cancer treatment.

There is also a deep brain stimulation treatment available that uses focused ultrasound that has good success. You have to have tried the medication first inorder to have it done. Don't know if insurance covers it or not. Mine hasn't progressed much so I haven't done it yet.

Yes, I thought mine was from social anxiety but it is essential tremor.
