Hi Trainchaser, I read your bio and am sorry you continue to have anxiety

each and every day. As for the bad dreams during the night as well as when

you nap, have to do with unresolved issues. When we fall asleep, our mind tries

to sort out the situation looking for answers.

I use affirmation meditation and breathing. This allows me to go to sleep with

a positive mindset and wake up in a less anxious state. Are you seeing a therapist

for counseling?? Addressing it may be uncomfortable in the beginning but eventually

will give you some peace of mind. :) xx

Hey there!

When we can't sleep/rest at night, those upsetting thoughts can sometimes come out as dreams/nightmares. Sounds like you get them when you nap at the moment too. If any words help, just know those wild dreams will pass. Even if it takes a bit longer. And it seems like the people on this forum care aswell!
