There's a nice chippy called The Crispy Cod in the Old St Mellons village nearby that's really nice and great value for money!

Up the hill here there's a Heron Foods shop that I think is excellent value for money and has everything you need!

There's a greengrocers as well nearby who are friendly and I find their produce tastes better than the ones from the supermarkets.

Tonight here it's sweet potato and chickpea which I made yesterday that packs a great nutritional punch!

Years ago we were on the beach at Barry Island having some sandwiches and a seagull snatched one away!

Last year in the Heath Park we were sat down having sandwiches and a dog stole one of them and the owner apologised and offered to replace them and told the dog off and put it back on the lead!

I went to Sunderland a couple of years ago ordered fish and chips and the fish was bigger than the plate!!
