24 hours? 🤷🏼♀️ I would try to drink lots of fluids and tea is a good natural diuretic. Did they do the gene test before they prescribed? Maybe try to have that done to see if your body will respond better to something else?
No they didn’t I don’t know if it’s a thing in the uk but that would deffo come in handy, I haven’t slept at all I don’t even feel tired. Going to drink loads of water
I'm on citalopram myself, it may take a short while before your system accepts the help, it is definitely worth persevering with it if you can, it has helped me a lot.
More than likely your side affects are caused by your anxious thinking and not the actual pill itself. Your anxious mind is causing you to hyperfocus on your body sensations and blowing things out of proportion. Try to surrender and allow your body and mind to adjust to the medication and accept that it can take 2 - 3 weeks before it makes a difference.
Hi there, I’m now on day 7 and my anxiety and fears are off the charts. I’m wondering if you stuck with the citalopram and when you felt improvement if any? I certainly hope you are doing better now 🙏🙏🕊️
