Hello! This is my first time putting a post on here. Recently, my anxiety has been quite bad, to the point I don’t want to leave my house. It’s currently six week holidays, so I’m not at work which could also be the reason why my anxiety has been bad (I have fallen out of my routine). The reason I want to post this, is if anyone has any tips for when they become unwell with health anxiety? I currently have an inflamed ear drum (they always say that, it’s definitely an infection) but I am feeling under the weather which is unusual for me when i get ear pains. I have really been freaking out about feeling unwell and keep thinking I have meningitis or sepsis and need to go to hospital straight away!! If anyone has any tips on how they help there anxiety when feeling unwell would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
