Adrenlin rushes

Does anyone get the addrenlin rushes with their anxiety also has anyone here been in the freedom from fear recovery programme

Andrew Huberman explains how anxiety and stress work and the response it causes in the body. In his video which I will link below, he mentions that stress activates a group of neurons to release neurochemicals called 'Acetylcholine' to areas of the body. Then 'Postganglionic' neurons respond to that by releasing Epinephrine which is equivalent to Adrenaline.
