Talk with your doctor (s). Maybe the dose is a too high or you need a change. But only your doctor can tell you.
I agree with LilyAnnepuppy, likely best to mention it to your doctor. If you're just starting a new medication some symptoms might fade with time.
If it's a new medication for you the groggyness it will most likely fade over a few weeks. If it is still a problem in a month's time then it would be worth speaking to your doctor.
Definitely mention it to the doctor. A dosage adjustment might be needed. One thing that has helped me is taking it at night before bed. Maybe that would be an option if the doctor thinks you should stay on the same dose.
You might try doing a psychopharmacological test to determine which meds are best suited for you genetically, it helps take a lot of guess work and trial and error out of the process. It could be that the med you are on is not a good fit for you and causing the side affect. My test was from Genesight and was paid for by my insurance.
The first thing I'd consider is can you take it at night instead of in the morning (check with your doctor, as time of day can impact effectiveness as well)? I take my mirtazapine at night as it makes me sleepy, and the benefit is I usually sleep well! Next, could you can lower your dose without losing the benefits (be sure to consult with your doctor!)? If neither of those work for you, then ask about trying a different med as each one reacts differently with each individual.
