Anyone else feel anxious

Yes, unfortunately. That's one of the main reasons I joined this forum. A lot of us here get feeling of anxiety and panic. You're not alone on that feeling, no matter the time of day or night.

I'm feeling anxious. My fiancé, my rock is going to be going on a trip for 2 days this weekend. And I'm going to be home tending to a sick mother. She's been sick with the flu and UTI. Anyways she's been having vomiting spells and she's been moaning because her body hurts from the flu. Its setting off all my triggers.

I'm a germophob. She makes a lot of noise so I don't really get any sleep because I'm worried she's fallen down. Which she has in the past. And I've had to call 911. Because I can't pick her up. She has this bed that rises but the head board isn't connected so it bangs up against the wall we share. Its been fraying my nerves.

So yeah I'm on edge of anxiety. I fear the fear of an anxiety attack brings. But I'm trying to remain positive. Remind myself that I have survived much worse and I did okay. And that I have allies. I have my friends, psychologist and this forum to get me through it. 🙂
