I wear the Ying/Yang pin from my Tai Chi days but never really understood the

meaning behind the balance. Thank you gerrerd for your informative post. xx

Gosh thinking about this does it mean we have equal days of happiness and equal days of sadness because after years of depression/anxiety it doesn’t always feel like this??!
