Thanks. Im panicking now that i had that shot. Its been bout half an hour. Wouldn't i have already had an allergic reaction by now if i were to have one? Im still in office bc i asked to sit here so they can watch me so i feel more comfortable after

give the shot a chance to work , in mean time concentrate on ur breathing & try to breathe out of ur mouth without making a sound.

am I over thinking? It's been over to hours since I got it. If I were to have an allergic reaction, wouldn't it have already happened? I already feel a lot better since I got it,, no more head pressure

Update:

Ive been keeping myself distracted and mostly calm so im not as nervous and anxious about it as earlier. Its been over 9hrs now. I think im ok. Its all in my head
