I never had the achy muscles. But, you may need to up your dose to get rid of the anxiety. Also, your levels may not have stabilized.

A long time, more than 10 years. I started with 10mg but it was not helping. It was upped to 20mg after a few months and the results have been good. I have MDD, major depressive disorder, and it helps.
