New Here: Zoloft withdrawals

Couldn't get my rx filled. Life is busy and gets in the way. So I'm 5 days off of it and have lots of feelings. Can anyone relate? My mind is scrambled, my emotions are unsteady, I'm depressed, feel worthless, doubting everything... I really need someone to talk to. Am I normally numb from it and now I am feeling? Or am I feeling too much from withdrawals? It makes me want to get off of it. Maybe I am too numb normally. Anxiety is shit.

Hi 98purplecircles more than how many days you've been off Zoloft, it'sjust as important knowing how many days were you on it?

Stopping cold turkey with medications can cause severe kick backs and can become

very unpleasant. Please let your doctor know about you stopping your Zoloft and let

him professionally advise you as in how to address this. We want to keep you safe.

I understand that life is busy, but try to prioritize taking care of your health as best as you can. It is not good to stop any SSRI cold turkey. As Agora suggests, talk to your doctor about the best thing to do now and follow his advice.
